[Peter approached Jesus and asked him,
“Lord, if my brother sins against me,
how often must I forgive him?
As many as seven times?”
Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times.] (Mt. 18:21)

St. Peter runs to Jesus to ask Him a question about forgiveness.  He recognizes that Jesus has the answer, and it turns out that Peter wasn’t mistaken.  Jesus provides Peter with the answer he sought.

So too does Jesus do with us today.  He has the answers to our questions.  Do I recognize this as St. Peter did?  It’s not as if prayer will make everything go away.  It means that if Jesus has our answers, He’ll walk with us in our joys and sorrows.

Where do I get the answers to my questions?  Is it from Jesus?  Allow Him to walk with you in these difficult times.
