International Programs
Assumption Catholic Schools is proud to provide our students cultural experiences in a variety of ways. Through our international programs, Assumption High School welcomes students from all around the world. Some students are here for a one-year experience while others choose to stay for all four years and graduate from Assumption High School.
Additionally, we offer an opportunity for Assumption High School students to spend time abroad:
GAPP – German-American Partnership Program
- This is an annual exchange of students from Simbach Am Inn in Germany. German students visit Assumption High School for three weeks during the school year. The following summer, Assumption High School students travel to Germany for three weeks.
Spain
- This partnership occurs during the summer and features exchanges of students between Spain and the U.S. Students host a student from Spain for three weeks and then travel to Spain to spend time with a host family there.
Casa Hogar
- This is a service trip to the Casa Hogar orphanage in Peru taken every other year by Assumption High School students. This faith-filled rewarding experience enriches our students’ lives in innumerable ways.
