New Families
New families are asked to complete the forms below and return them to Kerry Klein. At that time you will be entered into our Student Information System (FACTS) and asked to complete the enrollment process.
Financial assistance can be applied for as a part of the FACTS enrollment process. Please note if you are also applying to the WPCP that is a second process which must also be completed.
