President’s Virtue Message September 16, 2022

May the blessings of God be upon you!

Homecoming week is drawing to a close.  Tonight is the football game, 7 PM at the South Wood County field.  If you are able, please come and cheer the Royals on to victory.  Other fall sports have had games this week or will be in action tonight (Cross Country 7:30 PM in Stratford for an unusual night run). Saturday the cross country team is in New London (8:30 AM) and the tennis team plays a quad match at Lincoln HS. (9 AM)

and Royal Parents will host bingo on Sunday.  Doors open at 3 PM, bingo starts at 4.  Here is a flyer with details. Royal Parents Bingo

As always a full calendar of sporting and other events can be viewed on the web site.

Building on the virtue of Faith for this month – we have the strength of prayerfulness.  The strength to spend time alone with God in prayer.  God truly loves when his creation takes time to be in conversation with Him.  Be they prayers of thankfulness, prayers of petition or just thoughts.  Spending time in your day with God can be relaxing, fulfilling and energizing.  For more details, examples and activities see the mini slide deck on prayerfulness. Fall is approaching and we continue to witness the beauty, truth and goodness of God’s creation.
In Christ’s Peace
