President’s Friday Virtue Message Nov 11, 2022

Dear Assumption Catholic Schools,

Happy Veteran’s Day – Originally known as Armistice Day – commemorating the end of World War 1 at 11:11 AM on November 11, the day now honors and thanks all those who have served our nation in times of war and peace in any branch of our armed forces –  Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy and Space Force and in any of the reserve and national guard branches of the same.  Thank you to all who serve or have served.

Fittingly this week’s virtue is gratitude – being thankful.  The slide deck can be viewed here. Gratitude 2022 mini PDF  Let us take a moment to pause and reflect and all the blessings provided to us by God and be thankful.
