Welcome back to school. We praise and thank God that we were able to start in person classes this week. In my weekly President’s Blog I hope to provide the Assumption Catholic School family with faith tidbits.

Mass announcement – School Masses will begin the week of 8/31. In an effort to limit attendance, we ask that no guests come to Mass just students and staff. In an effort to also allow the remote learners to experience Mass weekly, I will be attending a school Mass each week and post the video to the school youtube channel. I will send out the link in a separate email once they are posted.

Learn from the man who knows the Bible almost as well as St. Paul!

The creator of The Bible Timeline Learning System will be leading the Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible study live on Facebook and on our website, www.ascensionpress.com, starting September 16, 2020 at 8:00 PM eastern!
In this 8-week study, Jeff will be diving into topics that he did not have enough time to cover in the videos and workbook of the original Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible study.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in a study led by the author himself!

If you would like to participate but are not free at that time, the videos will be recorded and posted on our website and on Facebook for viewing after. As the event gets closer, we will be sending more specific instructions on how to join the live study and how to view the videos after.

To get the most out of the study we recommend coming prepared to participate by purchasing an Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible workbook. The live Bible study sessions are free and open to anyone who wants to view them. Workbooks are highly recommended for participants to gain the most from each session, but are not required.
