Dear Assumption Catholic Schools,

As we approach Hoiy Week, I hope that you have been able to have a reflective and prayerful Lent.  My continued wish for you is that God guide you in all you do.

This week our virtue theme is DILIGENCE – The strength to accomplish tasks with tireless dedication. DILIGENCE is necessary for everything in life. We need to WORK HARD in school, in our relationships, in our jobs … nothing truly worthwhile that lasts is easy.

PRAYER

Thank you, Lord, for this day, this opportunity, this time together. Strengthen our wills and forge our resolve to WORK HARD in our pursuit of excellence in every area of our life.

Lord God, You didn’t run at the first sign of chaos or difficulty. You showed us how to be DILIGENT, sacrificial, loving and truthful. We want to live like You. We want to live for You and for others. In Your Name we pray. Amen.
