Dear Assumption Catholic Schools,

It seems like just yesterday, I was sending my first blog of the year out and today we are 10 weeks into the school year!  Like the motto of the Knights of Columbus Tempus Fugit Memento Mori. Time flies, remember death.  May God continue to bless you and your loved ones.

The virtue/strength this week is Love for God – which we do by putting God first in our lives.  He created us to know, love and serve Him on this earth to be with Him in eternity.  The slide deck can be viewed here. Love for God 2022 mini PDF

November 1st – All Saints Day is a Holy Day of Obligation.  If you are so inclined there will be opportunities to worship with the school students at Our Lady Queen of Heaven, St. Vincent de Paul and Assumption Catholic Middle and High School.  All 3 Masses begin at 9 AM.
